Client Services Analyst - Consultant
Position Summary:
The Client Services Analyst will report to the Head of Operations and support the company’s efforts to deepen existing and build new relationships with its key stakeholders.
An important aspect of the role is sales and relationship management with a dual focus on Collectors, VIP/ Guest Relations and Exhibitor Relations towards ART X Lagos 2021 (the Fair), to improve the client retention measures of ART X Collective. The role will require the candidate to communicate with high net worth Collectors to provide support in their engagement. In addition, the candidate will maintain and manage the database of invited Guests to the Fair as well as support the Head of Operations in the sales of VIP packages, ultimately to increase profitability.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years’ experience and be confident, smart and adaptable. You should be flexible, quick to learn the company’s culture of managing relationships and rate highly in interpersonal skills, as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be a critical success factor. Excellent communication skills will be essential.

Position Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with new and existing Collectors, Guests
and Exhibitors. - Receive and collate client feedback on products sold / offered.
- Work with the Client Services Lead / Head of Operations to develop sales strategies and
execution plans for the company. - Manage all guest registrations and reservations.
- Handle guests and collectors’ enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned by the Client Services Lead / Head of Operations.

- Excellent sales, critical reasoning and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
