Client Services Analyst
Position Summary:
The Client Services Analyst will report to the Client Services Lead and Head of Operations and support the company efforts to deepen existing and build new relationships with its client stakeholders.
This role will focus on sales and relationship management with a dual focus on Exhibitors and Collectors, ultimately to increase profitability and improve the client retention measures of ART X Collective.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in a sales or relationship management position and rate highly in interpersonal skills, as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be a critical success factor.
An important aspect of the role is to execute marketing strategies, not limited to assisting with or even creating marketing materials. In addition, this candidate should possess strong numeracy and analytical skills as periodic departmental and market reports will be required.

Position Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and manage the relationships with new and existing Exhibitors and Collectors.
- Compile and provide detailed and accurate sales and market insight reports.
- Receive and collate client feedback on products sold / offered.
- Maintain and update databases of new and existing Exhibitors and Collectors the company works with.
- Work with the Head of Operations and Client Services Lead to develop sales strategies and execution plans for the company.
- Other duties as assigned by the Client Services Lead / Head of Operations.

- Excellent sales, critical reasoning and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and a commitment to success.
- Excellent people and relationship management skills – a team player with the confidence and ability to lead and guide others.
- Interest in art, culture and design.
